REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

YES we offer a satisfaction guarantee, this means if you are not completely satisfied, simply let us know and return the item(s) within 14 days and we will refund or replace the product.

A fuller explanation of how our refunds and returns operate is listed below:

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a Unlimited Passion product you have ordered from UnlimitedPassion.co.uk :

  • Please contact us via email customers@unlimitedpassion.co.uk or via the contact us form.
  • Once you have had a response from our Unlimited Passion customer service representative and a return has been agreed, please return your Unlimited Passion purchase and briefly note the reason for your return on the reverse of your invoice. PLEASE remember to include your invoice with the item(s) you are returning.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. UNLESS we mention otherwise.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded / tracked courier service.
  • Please ensure that the postal service you use covers the value of your Unlimited Passion order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we state otherwise prior to return.
  • If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by an Unlimited Passion customer service representative, then any return courier fees will be reimbursed.
  • It can take a number of working days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return as soon as humanly possible or in any case within 3 working days.
  • Any Refunds can take up to 3 days with your bank to appear in your account.

The exception to this process is if you have used an alternative payment method such as Paypal who’s terms will dictate the time it takes for them to process a refund after we have initiated such a refund with them. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return to us in any case and we will keep you updated as best as we possibly can too.
